A spicy king prawn linguine with a chilli, garlic and tomato sauce.
Put on a large pan of salted water to boil. Once boiling add the linguine and cook for the required time (approx 9 minutes) until al a dente.
Fry off the garlic and chilli gently in the extra virgin olive oil in a medium frying pan. Remove the seeds from the chillies if you don't want it too spicy. After a couple of minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes.
Once the linguine is cooked, drain, then add to the sauce with the king prawns and mix in well.
Serve and enjoy :-)
