A simple recipe of toasted cheese with garlic and green chilli, great for a snack, lunch or beer munchies whilst watching the football, etc...
1. Lightly toast one side of the bread/rolls. Flip these over and add the cheese slices.
2. Slice the garlic and chilli into fine slices, and add these evenly over the top of both slices.
3. Toast the slices under the grill until the cheese is bubbling, then serve.
